Check Out Our New Packages!!
Planning on having a private event or a fun get-together? Creative Consultants can help you create a fun and memorable dinner parties, birthday parties, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, post-wedding brunches and much more.
All Events will be coordinated from start to finish and include all of the following:
· Set up all necessary vendor meetings
· Assist in selecting and booking event location
· Assist in selecting and booking caterer
· Assist with Menu creation
· Assist with rental items…if needed
· Review vendor contracts before finalized
· Assist with invitation design and wording
· Assist selecting printer/calligrapher
· Handle RSVPs and keep tally of guests
· Create timeline of event and give it to client and vendor
· Hand out vendor payments
· Unlimited phone calls and email exchanges
· Be involved in all aspects of planning and communication with host of the event
The Gold Package $5000
Our Gold Wedding Package of personalized services are for the couple who wants it all, and we will be there planning and coordinating the entire event from you engagement through the reception. We are there for you from beginning to the end.
The Silver Package $3500
The Silver Package is for the couple who wants all the details taken care of, but still wants to be hands on in the wedding planning process. This package allows for stress-free environment but no detail will be overlooked.
The Bronze Package $1300-1500
The Bronze Package is for the couple who has all their vendors picked out, contracts signed, and most everything else prepared. You just need weekend of assistance and Creative Consultants will be there to handle all of the wedding details per your specifications.

Wedding Success in July
Two fantatsic weddings this July!! The weekend of July 11, we transformed the Four Seasons ballrooms into the bride and grooms fantasy.
The San Jacinto ballroom became a Chilean wine bar (the groom's family is from Chile). Townsley Designs built THE MOST GORGEOUS bar for this occassion. Outfitted with a photobooth, scrapbook table, candy bar and community tables, this room was was a hit with the young crowd.
The main ballroom was turned into a floral wonderland. David Kurio Floral designs came up with the most amazing flowers we have ever seen. Orchids were everywhere and the doorframes were covered in hydrangea, lillies and roses.
All our hard work paid off and the party went off without a hitch. New York city Swing got people "dancing on the tables" as Victoria would say and the late night with DJ Manny got rowdy...in a good way of course.
We love the Four Seasons...we hope they love us as much as we love them.
Then, on July 18, we had a more intimate, lovely wedding at that took place at Saint Mary Cathedral with the reception at the Stephen F. Austin. David Kaso, the catering manager there, is so wonderful to work with. The couple was so in love and you could see how happy everyone was for them. Pictures to follow...
